The managing partner of the firm, Augusto Granados, is a corporate and real estate & immigration law attorney whose practice has an international reach. Mr. Granados studied law at the University of Illinois where he was recognized as a “Lincoln Scholar” and was editor of the Illinois Law Review. He also graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University. Before coming to Granados Davey Alwine, LLP, he worked for Fox Latin America and the firm Gunster Yoakley in Miami. Mr. Granados was born in Havana, Cuba, and has lived in Spain and Argentina; as well as in Metropolitan New York, Chicago, California and Washington, D.C. Today he resides with his family in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Michael W. Davey works in real estate, employment law, probate matters and commercial litigation. Mr. Davey received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, cum laude, and then his law degree from Fordham University in New York. Before joining Granados Davey, LLP, he worked for several firms, including White & Case, LLP, Littler Mendelson, and Robert Allen Law. Originally from New York, Mr, Davey now lives with his family in Key Biscayne, Florida.
